By creating an account, downloading donkidunk, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use donkidunk.
2. Service description
donkidunk provides desktop software for basketball video analysis, tagging, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product; we will communicate material changes when reasonable.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data without permission, reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law, or use donkidunk in violation of applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged according to the plan you select. You may cancel according to the process shown in your account or confirmation emails.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
donkidunk is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
