This policy describes how donkidunk (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website and desktop application.

In the desktop application, we may collect anonymous usage analytics as described in section 4. We do not sell your personal data.

When you use the donkidunk desktop application, we may collect anonymous information about how the software is used—for example, which features are used, general interaction patterns, or technical events needed to understand stability and improve the product.

This data is collected in a way that does not identify you personally. We do not use persistent device identifiers, advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or long-term user tracking to link analytics events to a specific individual. Events are not tied to your name, email address, or account profile.

You can disable anonymous usage analytics at any time in the application settings. If you turn this off, we will stop collecting this type of data from your installation going forward.

Anonymous usage data may be processed on servers located in the European Union or other regions with appropriate safeguards. We use it only to operate, maintain, and improve donkidunk—not for advertising or profiling.

5. How we use data

We use data to provide and secure the service, communicate with you about your account, analyze aggregated usage to improve the product (including website analytics where you have consented and anonymous application analytics where enabled), and comply with legal obligations.
